Can I return my order?

  • We do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.
  • However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will assist with a replacement or refund.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

  • Contact us at customercare@japrifoods.com within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Attach clear photos of:
    • The outer carton (showing any visible damage).
    • The damaged or incorrect product.
  • Once verified, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund as applicable.

2. Refund Policy

When am I eligible for a refund?

  • Refunds are issued in the following cases:
    • Damaged or defective product: Approved upon verification.
    • Incorrect product received.
    • Order cancellation by Japri (before shipping).

How will I receive my refund?

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, etc.).

How long does it take to receive a refund?

  • Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
