1. Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

  • We strive to ship all orders within 24 hours of placement (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).
  • Orders placed after business hours will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
  • All product prices include GST.

Delivery Time

  • Within India: Orders are typically delivered within 3 to 8 working days, depending on the location.
  • International Shipping: Available; delivery time varies based on the destination.
  • Unforeseen delays due to weather, traffic, or other external factors may occur. We will keep you informed in such cases.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with tracking details.
  • You can track your order via our logistics partner’s tracking portal.

Delivery Restrictions

  • We deliver across India, but some remote areas may be outside our service network.
  • You can check delivery availability at checkout.

Address Changes

  • Address modifications may not be possible once an order is confirmed.
  • If your order has not been shipped yet, contact us at customercare@japrifoods.com, and we will assist you if possible.

Specific Delivery Requests

  • We do not currently offer specific date or time slot selections. Deliveries are scheduled based on logistics efficiency.

2. Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Once an order is confirmed, cancellations may not be possible.
  • If you wish to cancel an order, contact us at customercare@japrifoods.com as soon as possible. If the order has not been processed for shipping, we will try to accommodate your request.

Order Cancellation by Japri

We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:

  • Payment issues: If payment is incomplete or fraudulent.
  • Stock unavailability: If a product is out of stock.
  • Incorrect address: If the delivery address provided is incorrect or undeliverable.
  • Other unforeseen issues: Any circumstances beyond our control.

If we cancel your order, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
